As the AHA 2019 guidelines require both audio and visual feedback on adult manikins, the Basic Buddy manikins are not sufficient.
What we would suggest is looking at the Prestan manikins with monitor - they will provide audio feedback in the form of a clicker under the chest (to check for the correct depth of compressions) and visual feedback by way of lights that active when compressions are being made (to check for the correct speed).
