Personal Protection Kits

We have the industrial protection kits for you to make sure you are protected against as many bloodborne or airborne pathogens as possible. Though we can not predict accidents when working with hazardous materials, you need to make sure you are prepared for any emergency event. The more prepared you are the easier it will be to tackle exposure to infectious materials. All of our PPE kits include some type of gloves, cloth coveralls, masks and other types of pathogen-killing materials such as wipes, and fluid control solidifiers to help control the flow of hazardous bodily fluid.

Being prepared with a PPE kit is a step in the right direction when protecting yourself. What if you need to use it? Here are some things to think about for your own well being and if you plan on performing first aid on someone else. The first thing that anyone providing first aid should be aware of is when entering this type of situation, there is a potential for danger to themselves. This is especially important in first aid, as situations which have been dangerous to others, carry an inherent risk of danger to those providing first aid. Keeping yourself protected is the first priority of anyone performing first aid. The key is to always be aware of your surroundings and the situation, and be alert for any changes therein. This means gloves, a CPR Faceshield, a filter breathing mask etc...If you get in trouble or hurt, that helps no one in the emergency situation.
