Please note that there are a few important details to keep in mind to ensure a smooth and personalized reorder experience.

Customization Options:

1. Meeting Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
   To maintain the quality of our custom items and ensure efficient production, we kindly ask our customers to meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) set for their custom kits. If your product is a custom-labeled/branded version of one of our standard kits, the MOQ requirement are below. 2. Changes to Kit Content:
   If you need to make adjustments to the content of your custom-built kit, feel free to get in touch with us by email or call Toll Free 760.944.9755 / 800.823.0124. We're happy to help and accommodate your specific needs. Do not place your order online, as it will be built/fullfilled as it was last time.
3. Changes to Kit Label:
   For those who wish to modify their previous custom label of their custom-built kit or add a custom label to their order, we're happy to assist. Contact us by email or Toll Free 760.944.9755 / 800.823.0124, and we'll guide you through the process.
4. Pricing Considerations:
   Please be aware that for your previously purchased custom-built kits and custom labeled kits, pricing may be subject to change. As part of our commitment to providing the most accurate and up-to-date information, our pricing is subject to market fluctuations and changes in component costs. A member of our customer support team will reach out to you to discuss any potential adjustments in the pricing of your custom first aid kit or custom labeled first aid kit prior to fullfillment. We strive to maintain transparency and want to ensure that you are informed about any changes that may affect your order.

Typically takes 3-5 business days to create and apply your custom labels.

Custom Build Time:

Allow 7-21 business days for the production of your custom-built kits. We take the necessary time to assemble your order with precision and care to meet your unique specifications.
