- For custom imprinted orders, contact us by email or call toll free 800.823.0124. Avoid placing orders online to prevent our automated system from processing and shipping them before you inform us of your preference for free custom imprinting.
- Ensure the provision of "Camera Ready" Artwork. We require high-resolution artwork in formats such as .tif, .jpeg, .psd, .pdf, .ai, etc. (with a preference for "vector" format; however, a high-resolution .pdf file is acceptable). Note that business cards, website image copies, MS Word images, etc., do not meet the criteria for camera-ready. Artwork charges may apply if proper artwork is not provided. If you need assistance in preparing your design/artwork or want to include your logo in one of our existing kit design screens, inquire about artwork fees.

Artwork Requirements:
Artwork must be 100% or larger of print size and in black and at least 300 dpi. Please indicate the image colors (PMS, if applicable) you would like to have your label imprinted. We cannot print shades or screens, just solid colors. Minimum font size is 6 pts. And minimum line and space width is 1 pt.
Saving your files:
All files must be saved at the minimum 300 dpi. Please save your files as high resolution .tif, .jpeg, .psd, .pdf, .ai, etc. ("vector" format preferred.) Convert all fonts to vector art or include the fonts with your files. Be sure to include any imported high resolution art.
Sending Custom Label First Aid Kit files:
You may send the kit art via email as a .ZIP (compressed) file of artwork in .TIFF, .JPEG, .PSD, .PSD, .AI, or .PDF format. If you would like to have art created for you, please include the copy (text) you want it to read and if possible, a sketch of the placement of the elements. Fees may apply. When emailing your art, save it as specified above. It is preferred that you zip your files to protect them from damage during transmission and to assure email small enough to send and receive. Be sure you send along all pertinent art and fonts. If you have any further instructions, please include them in your email. For example, if you have a preferred layout or color preference, we would appreciate the information included in the email so that we may expedite the process for your convenience. Once received, custom label proofs will be sent to the customer for approval in 1-2 business days.

- Artwork charge (for us to create artwork): $75.00 per hour or part thereof
As these projects are custom to your organization, all custom build and custom label orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
