Our 2400 and 3600 calorie Mayday food bars are approved by the U.S. Coast Guard as well as the Canadian Transport Department and have a five year shelf life from packaging date, guaranteed 4-5 year shelf life from delivery. The new addition to our family is the 1200 calorie food Mayday food ration that is great for the one-day meal. The 1200 calorie bars are not approved by the U.S. Coast Guard because they have less than 2400 Calories. All our food rations are baked under strict supervision and all have that great apple cinnamon taste. Mayday food rations can be stored up to 149C and can be eaten without preparation.
